Terms of Service

CoinExle Wallet · Last updated 16 October 2026

1. The service

CoinExle Wallet is non-custodial software that lets you create and manage your own crypto wallets, send and receive tokens and swap through third-party protocols. We are not a bank, exchange or custodian and never hold your funds.

2. Your responsibility

You alone control your recovery phrase and PIN. If you lose your recovery phrase, nobody — including CoinExle — can restore your wallet. Never share it; CoinExle staff will never ask for it.

3. Transactions are final

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check the address and network before you confirm. Tokens sent to a wrong address or network may be lost.

4. Fees

Network fees go to the blockchain. Optional services show their fee before you confirm: swaps include a small service fee, and low-fee USDT transfers charge a service fee in USDT or TRX instead of burning TRX.

5. Risks

Crypto prices are volatile. Swaps depend on third-party liquidity and may fill at a different price within the slippage you choose. Nothing in the app is financial advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for illegal activity, fraud or sanctions evasion. We may stop providing optional services (such as low-fee transfers) to wallets that abuse them; your wallet itself always keeps working on the blockchain.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, CoinExle is not liable for losses from lost keys, user mistakes, third-party services or blockchain network issues.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the latest version is always in the app and on this page. You must be 18 or older to use CoinExle Wallet.
