I lost my phone. How do I get my wallet back?

Install CoinExle Wallet and choose "I already have a wallet", then enter your recovery phrase or restore your Google Drive backup.

I forgot my PIN.

Remove the wallet from the device (Settings → Remove all wallets) and import it again with your recovery phrase. Your funds are safe on the blockchain.

Why do I need TRX to send USDT?

TRON charges network fees in TRX. With "Cheap network fee" on, you can pay a small fee in USDT or TRX instead and do not need to hold TRX.

Can CoinExle freeze or recover my funds?

No. CoinExle is self-custody — only your recovery phrase controls your funds.
