Delete my data

CoinExle Wallet has no accounts. Our server only stores public wallet addresses, the history of transactions made in the app and invite data.

Option 1 — in the app

Open CoinExle Wallet → Settings → Delete my data → Request deletion.

Option 2 — this form

What happens

Your wallet records, app transaction history and invite data are deleted from our server within 30 days.
Fee payment records may be kept without your address where needed for accounting.
Your wallet and funds are not affected. Data on the blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.
To remove the wallet from your phone, use Settings → Remove all wallets, or uninstall the app (back up your recovery phrase first).
